How You Can Help

If you want to help:

Give time. We always need skillled help with all kinds of work experience.Tell us what you can offer and we will suggest jobs.

If you are willing to check local authority files on developments we are concerned about that would be a huge help.

We are developing a new only database for parts of the site to speed up retreival time. This means endless hours of creating new files and transfering them to the alternative server. We can use help with that.

If you want to make a donation towards our cost you are welcome to do so. Contact us. We can not offer tax advantages as we are not a charity. If we were a charity we would not be unable under the law to campaign for changes in the law, which is our prime objective.

Feedback about our work and about the website is also a form of help. Any comments about FIE and it's work or the structure or working of the website or search facilities to here...

To find more specific contacts for people involved with Friends of the Irish Environment please go to the contacts section.

To become even more involved:

FIE holds an weekend of Workshops on current issues and strategies for the enviormental in February of each year in Allihies, County Cork. There is also an AGM once a year and meetings on specific issues throughout the year in Dublin. Send us an e-mail.
