HELP US CELEBRATE OUR 20TH BIRTHDAY

20 EUROS FOR 20 YEARS

FIE urgently needs funding!

Our annual budget from the Environment Fund (plastic bag levy and landfill charges) was slashed for 2017 - 2018.

Yet the more we succeed, the greater our day to day administration and running costs become. Site visits, submission fees, court fees, water sampling & analysis, phone bills, internet updates – the list goes on. We have had to stop employing one person 10 hours a week minimum wage to keep the records in order and run the office. All our work is now voluntary.

Our submission on Moneypoint Power Station to the Environmental Protection Agency this month (October 2017)  - Ireland's largest greenhouse gas emitter - cost €238 alone. This is the cost of participation.

Please help us with a contribution – small or large, to help FIE continue the fight for the Irish Environment.
